Every machine offered (unless sold on an "as is" basis) bears our Thirty Day Return Privilege. It may be returned, freight prepaid, within thirty days from date of shipment for full refund of purchase price. All machines returned to us must be in as good a condition as when shipped.

TERMS:

Machines are cash in advance, unless otherwise arranged, it is understood there are no conditions or agreements outside of this written proposal and that all prior conversations, agreements or representations with reference to its subject matter are superseded. All machines are quoted FOB truck, our plant, Taylor, MI, unless specified otherwise. Prices quoted are exclusive of anygovernmental sales or use taxes.

Title to all goods to remain in us until fully paid.
